Unconditional Kindness

A living agreement for those who choose to relate with kindness, consent, and care — for themselves and each other.

The Foundation

To be part of this space, I commit to relating always with consent of myself and others, and with care for myself and others — and to remain open to a gentle reminder when I forget.

Consent before everything

If it's not obvious, ask. When something is clearly welcome, trust your intuition — but when in doubt, always ask. And wait for a clear yes.

Care for myself and the other

Kindness is not self-sacrifice. I give generously from fullness — caring for both myself and everyone involved.

Open to accountability

If I drift from this agreement, I welcome a kind reminder. Not criticism — accountability. I signed up for this.

When conflict arises

  • Return to the agreement — remind each other with kindness
  • If unresolved, invite a neutral third party (human or Hawimi.ai facilitation)
  • If still unresolved, apply the 80%+ consensus principle
  • If alignment is impossible, part ways with care and no blame

80%+ consensus for group decisions

When we disagree, we seek to understand. Decisions require 80%+ alignment. The remaining 20% either surrenders gracefully or steps out — with love, no victim story.
